SOHO | Seminars is bringing us "unGEEKED: Social media, marketing & branding." This 3 day event will teach us how to position and manage our internal and external brand. It will also cover inbound/outbound marketing efforts.

The Water Council education and talent committee will be hosting a "connecting talent through internships" event next Tuesday, March 23rd. The event will be at Manpower Inc. headquarters and is scheduled to go from 2:30pm to 5pm.

****UPDATE TO OUR HUMAN WHITEBOARD EXPERIMENT****
At the beginning of the summer, we brought on 5 interns from local universities. Since the inception of the first generation "Spreenkterns" (@spreenkterns), they have worked on a myriad of projects for a number or local, regional and national brands.
One of the larger projects focuses on Zappos.com, the behemoth online shoe retailer. We had the awesome opportunity to travel out to Las Vegas/Henderson to visit the Zappos.com Headquarters.
